As a support worker at David Lewis, you’ll receive the excellent pay and benefits of any care job in Cheshire – starting at £12.10 per hour, increasing to £12.50 after serving 2 years. If you are interested in personal development and growth within our charity, we offer training programmes. If you obtain the Level 3 Health and Social Care Diploma, you’ll receive an hourly rate of £13.00 per hour. If you already have this qualification, you’ll start on £13.00 per hour.
