Our Footsteps service provides vocational training that has the potential to prepare people for a number of work opportunities:

The Worshop 345 x 250Eduprint (Macclesfield)

Our community based social enterprise provides a professional printing service to local businesses, the general public and to David Lewis.  Items produced include canvas prints, phone and iPad covers, posters, mugs, t-shirts, flyers, business cards and banners.

Garden Maintenance (across Cheshire East)

Our community based team although based in Macclesfield travels out across Eastern Cheshire providing training and work experience in general gardening skills (raking, mowing, weeding and small scale landscaping).  During the winter an alternate scheme is offered which includes working alongside Cheshire East Rangers and working at Tatton Park.

Woodwork (Macclesfield)

Operating from an industrial unit the service offers craft based work experience and training with a focus on producing rustic wooden furniture and small wooden decorative garden items.

Metal Craft (Macclesfield)

Operating from an industrial unit this service offers craft based work experience making small decorative home style metal products including wood burners and candle and plant pot holders.

Top Farm (Warford) Landbased 345 x 250

Our Top Farm service has a variety of animals and reptiles including donkeys, miniature horses, pigs, goats, ducks, rabbits and guinea pigs and bearded dragons that all require care.  We also maintain a small allotment area with raised beds where we can grow flowers, fruit and vegetables.

Additionally at David Lewis we have a shop and café where we provide opportunities in customer services, retail and money management.
