Future Development

david lewis as a whole has a strong strategic direction which is identified in our 'Longer Term Plan'.

The Supporting Adult Living Service provided by david lewis is seeking to providing a pathway for the service users living both on and off our main site, where they can grow as individuals and take more control over their lives.

We have piloted an assessment tool which has helped to identify the skills, needs and aspirations of each individual resident.  It places the person at the centre of everything we do and allows us to listen and act upon the views of the service user.

Other initiatives for the next twelve months include focusing on providing services that are tailored to individual challenges and aspirations in environments that meet needs in a person centred way.
