We aim to provide a quality service which will allow an individual’s health, occupational, social and recreational needs to be met, and so maximise potential and lead to optimum quality of life.
A holistic, multi-disciplinary approach forms the basis of our care, and takes into account assessment, and analysis of risk.
We are currently investing £0.5 million in the creation of two dedicated purpose built assessment suites.
We plan to be ready to admit patients for periods of inpatient assessment in the autumn.
When the refurbishment is completed we will be able to provide, craft rooms, a multi sensory room, rehab cooking and laundry.
The unit also offers an outreach service.
