All goods are covered by our ‘no quibble’ guarantee. Simply obtain authorisation (see below) and return within 30 days, unused and in the original packaging for a prompt replacement, exchange or refund.

Keep Original Packaging
Goods being returned must be in pristine condition and in original packaging. We reserve the right to withhold full credit if any goods are received back without original packaging or in a condition unfit for re-sale

Damaged Goods
If goods are delivered damaged The David Lewis Centre must be notified, in writing, within three working days of receipt of the goods otherwise claims cannot be considered. If goods cannot be examined on delivery the purchaser should sign ‘unexamined’ and any damage or shortage of goods notified, in writing, to The David Lewis Centre within three working days after delivery.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. ORDERS are placed on-line for local delivery only (within 15 mile radius) or collection. Personal callers are welcome to visit our retail outlet which is open Monday to Friday 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
  2. PAYMENT. We accept most credit or debit cards. All prices are in (£) sterling and include VAT. Credit and debit card payments are deducted at the time of purchase.
  3. DELIVERY CHARGES. There are no delivery charges for local delivery. Small items, such as seeds, will be subject to the cost of postage and packing.
  4. DELIVERY OF GOODS. All goods are despatched within 48 hours of receipt of order (on orders received before 12.00 noon) except for weekends and bank holidays.
    For example:
    Orders received after 12.00 noon will be carried over to the next working day.
  5. GUARANTEE. All goods are guaranteed for 12 months from the date of purchase, however, the guarantee is void if the goods when returned show signs of misuse, neglect, damaged caused by accident or the goods have been altered or modified electrically. This guarantee does not apply outside the UK.
  6. RETURNS. Please view our returns section RETURNS
  7. CLAIMS. Goods that are lost or damaged in transit must be made in writing. Damaged goods and packaging must be retained for inspection. See damaged goods section.
  8. REFUNDS. Refunds will be made to the original card account used for the transaction for goods purchased from The David Lewis Centre. A copy of the purchase receipt should be supplied and the goods returned in a new condition complete with the original packaging. Refunds will not be made where goods have been damaged by accident, misuse, neglect, or returned without a purchase receipt.
