Registration

The school is approved by the Department of Education and Skills to accept residential or day pupils of both genders aged between 7 and 19 years. It is approved to accept pupils having epilepsy or medical conditions associated with learning difficulties.

The residential houses of the school were registered with the Commission for Social Care Inspection (CSCI) as two Children’s Homes in 2003. The “Willow” children’s home includes the houses Maple Corner, Willow Lodge, Cedar Lodge and Oak Lodge. The “Brambles” children’s home includes Laurel House, Beech House, Rowan House, and The Brambles.
