What happens if a placement is found nearer home?
We have a well-tested transfer service and will happily work with your local unit to provide a seamless transition with the minimum upheaval for all involved.
Can friends and relatives visit?
Yes. Visitors are always welcome but it’s best to make prior arrangements because the resident may be on a trip or taking part in an activity should you decide to you drop in. Unfortunately, due to the Mental Health Act we cannot accept visits from under 16s but we do encourage calls and letters as a means of regular contact.
