At david lewis we have a well-tested transfer service and will happily work with your local unit to provide a seamless transition with the minimum upheaval for all involved.

Can friends and relatives visit?
Yes. Visitors are always welcome at our Assessment Units. We advise you make prior arrangements to make sure the patient you are visiting is not on a trip or taking part in an activity when you are planning to see them.

Please note: Due to the Mental Health Act we cannot accept visits from people under 16. However we do encourage regular calls and letters as a means of regular contact.
