Pathways and Community supports and cares for adults over the age of 18 with complex needs, including epilepsy, physical disabilities, learning disabilities, and those who are on the autistic spectrum.

Why we are successful :

We take the time to get to know each person, what's important to them and how they want to be supported.

Each resident has a nominated key worker to support them with day to day living.

We support every person so they have a voice and will be heard. We do this by training our support staff to communicate in the person's preferred method and language of communication. This way we can share information so people can understand and make choices and decisions about their life.

We support people to take planned risks and work out what and how to do things safely.
