'Tour' of our North West regional stakeholders

We have recently engaged in a 'tour' of our North West regional stakeholders, those in local and health authorities. This has proved to be very beneficial and enabled us to gain a good understanding of the pressures on, and aspirations of, those who engage us to provide services for them.  As a result of this we have carried out a thorough review of our strategic position going into the future. Key issues centre around partnership working towards having a greater community presence, increased service user involvement, a focus on the transition from childhood to adulthood and expansion of domiciliary care, towards outcome focused provision.
