What we offer

Salary
New care staff are paid on a scale which is market tested and annually negotiated. For staff on national pay scales our rates will match or better these.

Pension
Initially, you will be able to access a stakeholder pension scheme. After 1 years service, you will be able to access a company group pension scheme with a matched contribution from the Centre.

Holidays
The minimum holiday entitlement is 20 days, rising to 30 days with service. For staff employed on national terms and conditions, the entitlement will match those recommended by the governing body.

Healthcare
A contributory scheme is available to all staff immediately. There are different levels of cover available and after 5 years service the company will pay for this benefit. A 24 hour free helpline service is provided to all staff immediately upon commencing employment with the Centre, this service provides helps on domestic, legal or health problems and counselling.

Life Insurance
All staff qualify for life insurance at two times basic salary.

Flexible Working
The Centre operates a flexible working system for all staff which includes part time working, term time working and annualised hours.

Career Breaks
Staff with a minimum of two years service at the commencement of a potential career break, may request a career break if they wish to have time away from work. The Centre’s Career Break Scheme aims to give individuals the opportunity to take extended periods of time away from the workplace in order to pursue alternative career opportunities, further education or to spend time with their families.
