Achievements

College sets great store in recognising and acknowledging the achievements of our students. The annual Celebration of Achievement day at the end of the academic year is a memorable one in the College calendar and a delight to share with family and friends.

Each student has a portfolio of achievements which is based on the RARPA system (Recognising and Recording Progress and Achievement). Evidence is collected to how students’ goals have been achieved – by photo evidence and/or written work. The annual review and report also focus on, and highlight, achievement.

Whenever appropriate, students work towards gaining qualifications and living in supported accommodation. Many attend external college after their time here to continue their education and work towards further qualifications. Previous College students have successfully taken up employment in offices, sport and leisure, retail and horticulture.
