Variety
Full time roles are based on 37.5 hours per week. Care Officers work 5 early and late shifts over 7 days. Your hours and days of work will be explained during the interview process, if you're successfully shortlisted.
Term Time Only positions entail working full time hours, over 5 shifts during the academic year, with time off during the school/college holidays.
Bank staff positions are offered on an "as required" basis, working during times of increased demand. Shifts often become available at short notice, therefore flexibility is essential.
Contracts are offered for either day time or night shift working. Start and finishing times for Care Officers vary, but here are some examples:

Health care
A contributory scheme is available immediately, offering various levels of cover. After 5 years’ service the company will pay for this benefit.
Occupational Health
Health and well-being are a major focus for David Lewis. We have our own Occupational Health department offering a range of services and initiatives including medical advice, weight loss, fitness and smoking cessation programmes.
